(More customer reviews)Even though this card isn't half bad in some strategies, though it is really not worth $2, more like $0.25-0.50. Even though 50 for 2 and 120 for 3 (and the discarding of 2 energy cards) isn't that bad, there are so many other Fire types that are very similar to this card, such as Blaziken. Because of this, Typhlosion becomes crammed into the overcrowded "Fire-types that discard energy for high damage" category. However, I do use this card, because it works well with Typhlosion Prime (retrieving the lost energy), and this one comes from the same evolution line. This card is also included in the Ember Spark deck. Overall, I'd say that this is a decent card, but only worthwhile in certain strategies.
