(More customer reviews)Before I start though, the rating applies if you get this package for retail, which is more reasonable. But here you're getting 3 fairly popular Pokemon figures in one deal- Shaymin, Wobbuffet and Yanmega. All 3 figures look great and exactly like their animated versions. Like I said in the reviews for other Pokemon toys- it's a shame we didn't get figures of this quality when Pokemon first hit huge in the late 90s.
None of the figures really have articulation except Yanmega, but that's also the one thing keeping this from being a 5 star product. Yes, you can move his wings up and down, but they're likely to pop off since they're not set in his body very well. In fact, mine did pop out when I moved them around. It's not a huge problem, but they should've fastened these in there better. Otherwise, Yanmega looks fantastic and it's about time we got a cool bug Pokemon figure! Wobbuffet is in his infamous pose, and Shaymin's looking cute as usual. I like that Shaymin isn't super tiny, and they made him pretty big. These figures don't really follow the right scale (if that were the case, Regigigas' figure would be massive even in this scale), but since they're all big, that should give your kids even more fun, and less of chance to lose them somewhere.
The only other gripe is standard with this line- the paint used isn't that great. If your child takes these toys in the bath with them, the paint will fade after a few weeks.
So if you can get these figures at the original cost, it's a great deal. This pack is pretty recent so you can probably still find them if you look around. And come on- just look at Wobbuffet's face. How can you turn that down?!
