(More customer reviews)It's about time Amazon has these listed- the mini plush from Black and White have been out for over a month now! As soon as they hit stores, I was excited to see how the new Pokemon fared in mini plush form. Given how great the last couple of waves were of the 'old' Pokemon, I thought everything with these would be just as good. Sadly, that's not the case, but Sandile is definitely the one to get. This little dude is the biggest of the mini plush in series 1 and looks the best. I'll be reviewing most of the others too, but if you haven't seen any of the Black and White mini plush in-person yet, just wait, because if you go and order some, you may end up disappointed with the quality of the others.
Little Sandile is cute but also looks like a tough customer. He looks exactly as he does in the stock picture above, and is made of the same soft material as the previous mini plush. He's about 10 inches long and has stitched eyes, mouth and nostrils. The different colors are all separate pieces of fabric, and they aren't just printed on. He stands up on his own but tends to lean forward because of how big his head is. Whereas most of the others in this wave feel and look cheap, Sandile stood out immediately, and I think he'll be the rare Pokemon of this lot.
I really like this little guy, and love having him on my desk...when my daughter doesn't kidnap him anyway. But don't get suckered by the high prices for something that's still just now hitting stores across the country. A good place to check would be that one store...Bullseye is the name I think, right? No? Hmm...it's something similar I guess.
