(More customer reviews)Noctowl is an okay card that pairs well with Copycat. However, this one isn't that great, especially because it takes a while to set up. The free drawing of a card isn't nearly as great as the Poke Powers of other Pokemon. However, it can be useful, just not very much so. Overall, even though I actually use this card in my main tournament-legal deck, I would not recommend this one unless it works really well with a certain strategy. In fact, I'm considering taking this card out of my deck.
