(More customer reviews)This Rare Holo is far below average - it wouldn't even be average for an Uncommon card! After all, three for 40 and four for 60 is something a Common Basic should have. Sure, the first attack can target another Pokemon, but that isn't very good. This card is bland and boring compared to most other cards in the series. Plus, you have to have Fighting and Water energy in your deck to use him. The only okay thing about Quagsire is that he has 100 HP.
