(More customer reviews)My 9 year old daughter and her friends have recently entered the world of Pokemon. She asked me to find a Chikorita plush as it's one of her favorites. Price was a factor in choosing this plush as well as quality. Based on the photos, I thought this little guy looked good and, for the price, I wouldn't be worried if it ended up lost on the playground or loved to bits. As it is, the plush is a bit larger than I'd imagined and is very well made. This "relaxed pose mini-plush" Chikorita is small enough to fit in my daughter's coat pocket but large enough to snuggle. Pretty sure it can stand up to a gentle-cycle washing, too, if it is ever needed. Oh, and if you're wondering why I gave it a rating as high as 3 for educational, it's because I believe that when a toy captures my child's imagination and inspires them to play act, and it is endearing enough that she feels the need to nurture and care for it, then those are life lessons and creativity combined. When responsibility and creativity can be taught through play, well, it doesn't get better than that!
