(More customer reviews)First off, I'd like anyone reading this review to know that three stars does not mean "bad." It means "average."
This toy is the Meowth balloon, used by the notorious Team Rocket in virtually every Pokemon episode. Though it is pretty neat to play with the thing, it comes apart easily, and is thus better for display. If you are going to get this toy, be warned that it does NOT include a Meowth figure. Instead, if you want one, you're going to have to buy it (Pokemon Diamond and Pearl Series 10 Basic Figure 3-Pack Weavile, Wingull and Meowth) separately (the thing in there is a cardboard picture of Meowth). The toy also includes a cannon that fires a missile and a net for capturing/stealing Pokemon such as Pikachu. Overall, it's a pretty nice toy, but I bought it at ToysRus for about $5 or so.
I'll also rate the Magikarp submarine (another vehicle used by Team Rocket) here since it apparently isn't sold at Amazon.

The Magikarp submarine is pretty cool, if goofy-looking. It has a firing missile-net and a periscope. It also has a compartment for storing a Pokemon at the top. Overall, it's a pretty nice toy-better than the Meowth balloon, but not as fun as the separate figures.
