(More customer reviews)I bought this gift for my 7 year old niece's birthday and had it shipped directly to her. She lives in a different state than me so when she got it in the mail, she called me on the phone so I could hear her reaction when she opened the Little Snoopy Sweet Niece figurine. She asked me what it was and was confused as to why I got it for her. She set it on the counter and never touched it again. The figure is extremely small (1.5") and doesn't truly show that it is specifically a gift for a niece. I was extremely dissappointed as I bought it as an heirloom gift for her to keep for years to come. Because only the box has writing on it, the meaning of the gift was lost once it was opened. I suppose she was too young to appreciate it and maybe that's the problem. I gave this item one star because not only was the figurine not up to snuff but the return policy is bad. If you open the gift to see it, you cannot return it. I guess that makes sense but I'm out the money and she is sorely dissappointed as her auntie (me) 'always sends the best gifts'. I went ahead and bought her the Schylling Iridescent Ballerina Jewelry Box and she LOVES it! Key things to remember about the Little Snoopy Sweet Niece figurine:
1. It's very, very small.
2. Only the packaging says 'You're a sweet niece'
3. The gift is not appropriate for young children.
4. Shipping is fast and protective packaging is great.
5. Warn the receiver not to open the packaging in case they want to return it.
